Q. How do I get Internet Banking?

A. First, go to the "Sign Up for Online Banking" page, then click on the "Sign Up" button. Read the Online Agreement. Next, complete, print and sign the Internet Banking Services Application, and mail or fax it to the bank. You can also stop by any branch and pick up an application.


Q. How long does the application process take?

A. Within five business days of our receiving your signed application, you should receive your Access ID and the first part of your password in the mail.


Q. If I have questions that are not covered on the website,
whom do I ask?

We will respond to your question within 48 hours. To have your question answered by phone, you can call us at (800) 530-5529.


Q. If I forget my password or Access ID whom do I contact?

Q. Can I give my password to someone else who needs
access to my accounts?

A. For security reasons, we advise against it. If the other person is on your account as an owner or signer, they need to turn in their own application and a separate Password and Access ID will be assigned to them. This applies to Business Accounts also.


Q. Can I find out the interest that was earned on my
account last year?

A. Yes, you can. Click on the "Balance" button at the account level, and it will show you last years' earned interest and the interest earned so far this year.


Q. Do I complete just one application if I have personal and business accounts I want to access online?

A. No. For security reasons, your business and personal accounts are kept separate online. Therefore, you will need to fill out a separate application for your business account.


Q. In order for online transfers to post on today's business, what time of day do they have to be completed?

A. In order for your online transfer to post on the current day's business, you need to make the transfer prior to 6:00 p.m. Any transfers made at 6:00 p.m. or after wll post on the next day's business.
